Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable and sophisticated experience for all clients.
  • Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion solutions for clients.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities and support team achievements.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality client service, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
