Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership, ensuring sales targets and key performance indicators are met.
  • Provide exceptional client service, creating memorable and sophisticated experiences for clients.
  • Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate a passion for fashion by creating personalized and timeless looks for clients.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Support both front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team spirit.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
