Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership, ensuring sales targets and key performance indicators are met.
- Provide exceptional client service, creating memorable and sophisticated experiences for clients.
- Train and develop new and existing client advisors, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
- Demonstrate a passion for fashion by creating personalized and timeless looks for clients.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
- Support both front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team spirit.
