Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the client advisor team in collaboration with store management, ensuring sales targets and key performance indicators are met.
  • Train new client advisors and facilitate ongoing development for existing team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to all visitors and clients.
