Saint Laurent seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Miami Design District to lead boutique advisors, cultivate client relationships, and drive sales.

The house is part of the Kering group and operates globally across ready-to-wear, leather goods, shoes and accessories, combining heritage craftsmanship with contemporary creative direction.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client advisor team, setting performance standards and mentoring colleagues to meet individual and store sales targets.
  • Train new hires and deliver ongoing development to elevate service standards and selling capabilities across the boutique.
  • Deliver a personalized, sophisticated client experience at every touchpoint, including after-sales service and long-term client relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain a proactive client portfolio through outreach, clienteling and appointment management to grow repeat business.
  • Drive commercial performance by monitoring KPIs, converting opportunities and applying an entrepreneurial mindset to sales.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and bespoke styling to create timeless, personalized looks for clients.
  • Use available tools and systems to optimise business opportunities and accurately record client data and activity.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that encourages teamwork, initiative and high standards of presentation.
  • Support front- and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless customer journeys and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail or hospitality experience with a strong service orientation; experience in fashion & accessory retail preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coach sales advisors.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing client portfolios.
  • Keen personal taste with a demonstrable passion for fashion and styling.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen and an ability to prioritise business objectives.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and quick to adopt new retail technologies and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Adaptable, proactive and resilient in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in fashion, business, retail management or a related field preferred.
