Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership, ensuring achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide exceptional client and after-sale service, fostering memorable and sophisticated experiences for clients.
  • Train and develop new and existing client advisors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Cultivate and manage a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized and timeless fashion solutions for clients, demonstrating a passion for fashion culture.
  • Maintain a professional and authentic communication style with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments, preferably in fashion retail, luxury hospitality, or customer service.
