Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide training and development for new and existing client advisors.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and creativity.
  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipating their needs and requests.
