Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead the client advisor team, ensuring both individual and team sales targets are met.
  • Train and develop new and existing client advisors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service, ensuring a memorable experience for all clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Exceed sales and KPI goals through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized and timeless fashion solutions for clients, showcasing a passion for fashion culture.
  • Maintain transparency and authenticity in client interactions, building unique connections.

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments, preferably in fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
