Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all visitors and clients.
  • Engage passionately with clients, focusing on their needs and anticipating future requests.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio to drive proactive business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI targets through a business-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized, versatile, and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
  • Foster transparent and genuine relationships with clients, ensuring unique connections.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with both clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize all available tools to maximize business opportunities.
  • Support front and back-of-house teams to enhance team spirit and achievements.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality.
