Saint Laurent is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Houston to lead the boutique team, drive sales and deliver luxury client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client advisor team, setting performance standards and ensuring individual and team sales targets and KPIs are met.
  • Coach, onboard and develop client advisors through structured training, mentoring and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and after-sales service, cultivating long-term relationships and a growing client portfolio.
  • Proactively identify and convert business opportunities using boutique tools and systems to optimise sales and client retention.
  • Model Maison standards in product styling and personal presentation, creating personalised, timeless looks for clients.
  • Support front- and back-of-house operations, foster teamwork and sustain a positive, collaborative boutique environment.
  • Uphold all company policies, brand image and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in luxury retail, fashion, accessories or high-end hospitality with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with experience building and managing a client portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for fashion and personal styling with refined taste and the ability to advise on curated looks.
  • Adaptable, proactive and able to prioritise in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Comfortable learning and using boutique tools and applications; proven ability to coach others on systems and processes.

Experience

Significant professional experience in luxury fashion, accessories retail or high-end hospitality with prior supervisory or team-leading responsibilities and a demonstrated history of exceeding sales and KPI targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or formal training in fashion, retail management or hospitality is desirable.
