Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client advisor team in collaboration with store leadership to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide training and development for new and existing client advisors.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all clients and visitors.
  • Build and maintain a robust client portfolio to drive business growth.
  • Exceed individual sales and KPI goals through a business-minded and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Create personalized and timeless fashion silhouettes for clients.
  • Maintain a transparent and genuine relationship with clients to foster unique connections.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues.
  • Utilize available tools to optimize business opportunities.
  • Support front and back-of-house teams to enhance overall team spirit.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in high-quality service environments such as fashion retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A passion for fashion culture and the ability to create personalized looks.
  • A natural business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Open-mindedness and a preference for a company that values audacity and authenticity.

Skills

Strong team-centric attitude to achieve common goals. Proficiency with tools and applications, with a quick learning ability for new technologies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively. Proactive, enthusiastic, and problem-solving attitude. Excellent written, oral, and listening skills in English and the local language. Adaptability to change and a growth-oriented mindset.

Experience

Preferred experience in luxury fashion retail or a similar high-end service environment.
