Saint Laurent is hiring a Senior Client Advisor in Guadalajara to lead boutique advisors and drive luxury sales and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the client advisor team, setting an example by achieving personal sales targets and ensuring the team meets collective KPIs.
- Train, mentor and develop new and existing client advisors to elevate service standards and commercial performance.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience across in-store and after-sales interactions, building long-term client relationships and a robust client portfolio.
- Drive sales performance through proactive prospecting, clienteling and efficient use of available CRM and retail tools to maximise business opportunities.
- Collaborate with store leadership and back‑of‑house teams to support operations, foster teamwork and maintain the Maison’s image, standards and policies.
- Curate personalized, versatile looks for clients, demonstrating refined fashion sensibility and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in luxury retail, fashion & accessory retail, customer service or luxury hospitality, with a track record of client-focused service.
- Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills with experience motivating a sales team to achieve targets.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with aptitude for achieving KPI targets.
- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills; ability to build authentic client relationships.
- Comfortable using digital retail tools and quick to learn new applications.
Skills
Experience
Several years of hands-on experience in luxury retail or luxury hospitality with progressive responsibility; prior experience leading or supervising a client advisor or sales team is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, business or hospitality preferred.
