Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client advisor team to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs; lead by example through personal sales performance.
  • Train and develop new and existing client advisors, delivering ongoing coaching, performance reviews and skills development.
  • Deliver an elevated, personalized clienteling and after-sales experience that fosters long-term relationships and grows client portfolios.
  • Drive commercial performance with an entrepreneurial mindset—proactively identify and convert business opportunities using available tools and CRM.
  • Support front- and back-of-house operations to maintain store standards, team cohesion and adherence to company policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury fashion & accessories retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a retail team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, business-minded approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.

Experience

Preferred background in luxury retail or luxury hospitality with experience supervising or mentoring sales advisors and demonstrating consistent personal sales achievement. Proven track record cultivating client portfolios and meeting or exceeding KPIs.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or business is advantageous but not required.
