Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the client advisor team, ensuring both individual and team sales targets are met.
  • Provide training and ongoing development for new and existing client advisors.

  • Deliver exceptional client and after-sale service to all clients and visitors.

Skills

Experience

Preferred experience in luxury retail, customer service, or luxury hospitality environments.
