Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise flow within the store to enhance turnover.
  • Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
  • Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Support the annual inventory process and address discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain stock areas and facilitate the transfer process.
  • Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Handle orders for packaging and small stationery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a stock department.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prior retail stockroom experience is advantageous.

Skills

Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. Ability to manage inventory efficiently. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in logistics and stock management.

Experience

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a stock department, preferably within the luxury sector.
