Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Support the annual inventory process and address any discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the brand's qualitative standards.
  • Organize and maintain stock areas and assist with the transfer process.
  • Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Manage packaging and small stationery orders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a stock department.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Experience in a retail stockroom is advantageous.

Skills

Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a stock department, preferably within the luxury sector.
