Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Support the annual inventory process and address any discrepancies.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Organize and maintain stock areas and facilitate the transfer process.
  • Prepare and dispatch returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Handle orders for packaging and small stationery supplies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a stock department.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Retail stockroom experience is advantageous.

Skills

Experience

1-3 years of experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a stock department, preferably within the luxury sector.
