Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage merchandise flow within the store to enhance turnover.
  • Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
  • Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
  • Support the annual inventory process and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain stock areas and assist in the transfer process.
  • Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
  • Handle packaging and stationery orders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a stock department.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Experience in retail stockroom management is advantageous.

Experience
