Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador for Saint Laurent, welcoming clients and conveying the brand's values.
  • Provide a unique, personalized, and high-quality experience to discerning clientele.
  • Offer expert styling advice, introducing clients to the brand's products and artistic direction.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Monitor sales indicators and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Propose strategies to improve store performance and sales metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
  • Proven experience in managing local clientele, with international client experience as a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to listen and adapt to client needs. Interest in business aspects and sales results. Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion and product sensitivity.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion, with a focus on client management and sales.
