Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand to clients, introducing them to the Saint Laurent universe.
  • Deliver a unique, personalized, and high-quality customer experience.
  • Maintain a demeanor consistent with the brand's image and standards.
  • Listen to clients and introduce them to the brand's artistic direction and products.
  • Provide expert styling advice tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio, enhancing client loyalty.
  • Monitor key sales indicators and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Propose initiatives to improve store performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
  • Solid experience in managing local clientele; international clientele experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to prioritize client needs over sales figures. Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion and business results. Product sensitivity and cultural awareness in fashion.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in the ready-to-wear fashion industry, with a focus on client management.
