Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand to clients, introducing them to the Saint Laurent universe.
  • Provide a personalized and high-quality customer experience.
  • Offer expert styling advice tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio.
  • Enhance client engagement using available tools.
  • Monitor and analyze sales indicators and performance.
  • Propose corrective measures to improve store performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
  • Strong experience in managing local clientele; international clientele experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong listening ability and team spirit. Curiosity and a keen interest in fashion and business results. Ability to analyze sales data and propose improvements.

Experience

A minimum of three years in the ready-to-wear fashion industry with a focus on client management.
