Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience before, during and after the sale, upholding the maison’s image and service standards.
  • Identify, connect with and nurture clients by understanding their needs, anticipating future requests and cultivating long-term relationships.
  • Build and maintain a proactive client portfolio to generate recurring business and maximise lifetime value.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
  • Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating strong styling sensibility and product knowledge.
  • Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, ensuring clarity and discretion at all times.
  • Use available retail tools and systems to optimise sales opportunities and client follow-up.
  • Support front- and back-of-house teams to foster collaboration and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience preferred in luxury fashion or accessories retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality.
  • Demonstrable passion for fashion with an ability to create personalised looks and translate trends into client-appropriate styling.
  • Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude and track record of meeting sales objectives.
  • Strong team orientation and willingness to support colleagues to achieve collective goals.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritise effectively.
