Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience before, during and after the sale, upholding the maison’s image and service standards.
- Identify, connect with and nurture clients by understanding their needs, anticipating future requests and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain a proactive client portfolio to generate recurring business and maximise lifetime value.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a business-minded, entrepreneurial approach to selling.
- Create personalised, versatile and timeless looks for clients, demonstrating strong styling sensibility and product knowledge.
- Communicate professionally and authentically with clients and colleagues, ensuring clarity and discretion at all times.
- Use available retail tools and systems to optimise sales opportunities and client follow-up.
- Support front- and back-of-house teams to foster collaboration and contribute to overall store performance.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Professional experience preferred in luxury fashion or accessories retail, high-end customer service or luxury hospitality.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion with an ability to create personalised looks and translate trends into client-appropriate styling.
- Commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude and track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Strong team orientation and willingness to support colleagues to achieve collective goals.
- Comfortable with digital tools and retail applications; quick to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and solution-focused approach to client needs and operational challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills in English.
