Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Compile monthly regional completion reports for digital modules.
  • Update tracking documents and support materials such as photo directories and training catalogs.
  • Manage invoicing for external trainers and consultants.
  • Oversee the completion of translation reviews for training materials.
  • Propose innovative digital approaches for retail training projects.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions for the development of in-person training modules.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) or on a gap year from a Business School.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.

Experience

No specific prior experience required, but relevant internship experience in retail or training is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed, preferably in Business or a related field.
