Role & Responsibilities
- Compile monthly regional completion reports for digital modules.
- Update tracking documents and support materials such as directories and training catalogs.
- Monitor invoicing for external trainers and consultants.
- Oversee the completion of translation reviews for training materials.
- Contribute innovative ideas for digital approaches in retail training projects.
- Share insights and propose solutions for the creation of in-person training modules.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (4th year or higher) or on a gap year from a Business School.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in retail training and luxury fashion is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or equivalent in Business or related field.
