Role & Responsibilities
- Support the EMEA Retail Training Manager in deploying, organising and monitoring regional retail training initiatives.
- Prepare, adapt and maintain training materials (presentations, tool sheets, recaps) for EMEA markets.
- Update and manage learning resources on internal platforms (LMS, Teams, SharePoint).
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (invitations, participant lists, scheduling, room and equipment bookings).
- Liaise with local Training Managers and Field Trainers to ensure smooth rollout and consistent implementation across countries.
- Manage shipment of training materials to zones and boutiques and handle simple budget follow-up (purchase orders, supplier invoices, expense tracking).
- Maintain tracking dashboards for participation, completion and learning KPIs and prepare regular regional training reports.
- Draft and format regional training communications (newsletters, intranet updates) and promote best practices across markets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Master's programme (business school, communications, HR, luxury management, project management) or equivalent.
- First professional experience in retail, training, HR, events, communications or project coordination.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Strong administrative rigour, organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; service-oriented mindset with an understanding of retail operations.

Experience
A first internship or 1–2 years' experience in a relevant function—retail operations, training/learning & development, HR, events, communications or project coordination. Prior exposure to luxury or fashion retail is an advantage.
Education
Master's-level education (business school, communications, HR, luxury management, project management) or equivalent.
