Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager in coordinating operational activities for the Italian and Greek retail network.
  • Draft and update global operation manuals in accordance with headquarters' guidelines.
  • Analyze and enhance back-of-house and in-store processes.
  • Assist with activities related to new store openings, seasonal reopenings, and relocations.
  • Provide daily support to stores, including uniform, stationery, and IT material management.

Skills

Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude. Collaborative and supportive demeanor. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent relationship-building and teamwork skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Fluency in Italian and English; international background is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in retail operations or a related field is advantageous.
