Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating operational activities across the Italian and Greek retail network.
- Draft and update global operation manuals in alignment with headquarters' guidelines.
- Analyze and enhance back-of-house and store processes.
- Support activities related to new store openings, seasonal reopenings, and relocations.
- Provide daily support to stores, including managing uniforms, stationery, and IT materials.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, but a background in retail operations or a related field is advantageous.
