Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan stores.
  • Handle store supplies orders, packaging, and license renewals regularly.
  • Manage uniform seasonal order planning and distribution.
  • Monitor invoice and payment statuses, review quotations and service contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Provide accurate sales performance data and compile regular sales reports for the retail team.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments such as store openings, relocations, renovations, and special sales events.
  • Work closely with the repair center and headquarters aftersales team to ensure timely resolution of aftersales cases.
  • Manage all aftersales cases, including defective claims and credit note issuance, and report quality issues to headquarters.
  • Coordinate with customer service and store teams to resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Implement customer care initiatives and new projects to enhance the aftersales journey for clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities. Ability to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in PC skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing.

Experience

Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in the retail industry. Those with more experience may be considered for a Senior Retail Operations Executive position.
