Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement Taiwan's retail strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and local market dynamics.
  • Drive a comprehensive 360° business approach integrating retail, CRM, operations, marketing, and merchandising.
  • Lead strategic planning for short-, mid-, and long-term profitable growth.
  • Establish accurate sales forecasts to support P&L management and resource allocation.
  • Lead the market to commercial targets through strong execution and clienteling.
  • Strengthen client development through CRM programs, events, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of corporate guidelines and retail standards.
  • Manage landlord and mall relationships, leading negotiations for new stores and renovations.
  • Lead, motivate, and energize the retail team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-caliber talent aligned with the brand's values.
  • Maintain regular communication with senior management, providing insights on performance and trends.
  • Collaborate with CRM, marketing, merchandising, and operations teams on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.

Skills

Strong commercial acumen with proven success managing retail P&L. Inspirational leadership with the ability to motivate teams. Proactive problem-solving and strong follow-through. Experience in elevating clienteling programs and personalized service. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of retail experience, including at least 5 years leading multiple stores or a store network.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
