Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and centralize information across various departments including atelier, development, sustainability, production, quality, compliance, and aftersales.
  • Support the follow-up of ready-to-wear production processes.
  • Update systems and tools with production-related information.
  • Monitor dashboards for various departments such as Production and Compliance.
  • Assist with administrative management and filing of dossiers.
  • Participate in the establishment of the model depot space.
  • Conduct and track projects related to Sustainable Development.
  • Analyze collection models to determine tests and supplier alerts.
  • Input nomenclatures into tracking tools for testing purposes.
  • Manage material and supply requests, ensuring timely follow-ups for production deadlines.
  • Communicate test reports effectively.
  • Verify composition labels in accordance with regulations.
  • Provide occasional support to the Aftersales department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field (BAC+4/BAC+5).

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data extraction). Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is advantageous. Fluency in English, with Italian language skills considered a plus. Dynamic, curious, with strong interpersonal skills. Recognized for organizational skills, service orientation, and availability.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with fashion operations is beneficial.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or related field (BAC+4/BAC+5).
