Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule quality control inspections at supplier sites as directed by the supervisor.
- Evaluate production challenges and propose solutions to resolve them.
- Collaborate with development, industrialization, and production departments to address issues and define optimal technical solutions.
- Report any discrepancies in production progress and delivery timelines to the supervisor.
- Assist the team in sourcing new suppliers based on company needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in luxury fashion companies or direct suppliers within a production department, particularly in apparel quality control.
- Excellent understanding of material characteristics and garment construction.
- Strong inclination towards process improvement and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Willingness to travel.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of French.
