Role & Responsibilities

  • Schedule quality control inspections at supplier sites as directed by the supervisor.
  • Evaluate production issues and propose solutions to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with development, industrialization, and production departments to manage challenges and define optimal technical solutions.
  • Report any discrepancies in progress and deliveries to the supervisor.
  • Assist the team in sourcing new suppliers based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury fashion companies or direct suppliers in a production department, particularly in garment quality control.
  • Excellent understanding of material technical characteristics and garment structure.
  • Strong inclination towards process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the French language.
