Role & Responsibilities
- Select and inspect leathers and fabrics to ensure compliance with the company's quality standards.
- Develop and certify inspection reports documenting any material non-conformities.
- Anticipate potential production issues and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with the Raw Material Industrialization and Material Research departments to address and resolve issues, maintaining required standards.
- Maintain constant communication with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of any problems.
- Regularly create and share reports on activity progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Extensive knowledge of processing techniques and technical characteristics of materials such as leathers and fine fabrics.
- Familiarity with the footwear production cycle processes.
- Proactive and initiative-driven.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented approach.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic about working in a rapidly growing environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country.
