Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze MRP and manage purchase orders for raw materials.
  • Monitor order progress by liaising daily with internal and external production entities and manage related reporting.
  • Revise orders based on new production requests, collaborating with departments such as Planning, Production Advancement, and Product Development.
  • Compile and update key reports related to Purchasing Office activities, including testing and laboratory reports.
  • Manage the raw material supplier portfolio, seeking and fostering collaboration with new suppliers.
  • Negotiate raw material prices with suppliers to secure optimal purchasing opportunities.
  • Evaluate suppliers' production, economic, and quality capabilities based on KPI indicators.
  • Plan regular meetings with quality control entities to monitor potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
  • Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English, with French being an advantage.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI, with familiarity in AS400 and Stealth being advantageous. Teamwork orientation. Excellent organizational skills.

Experience

A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry is required.

Education

Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
