Role & Responsibilities

  • Dispatch purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers to track orders, shipments, and validate samples.
  • Update product, planning, and billing data daily.
  • Monitor and manage invoicing processes.
  • Provide administrative support for cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Fashion from an accredited institution.
  • Previous experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Aptitude for numerical analysis and synthesis.

Experience

A minimum of initial experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
