Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Public Relations Director, Manager, and Coordinator in daily activities.
  • Maintain organization of the sample closet, showroom, and magazine archive.
  • Assist with sample trafficking, new sample inventory, and gifting initiatives.
  • Review national and local publications and websites for editorial credits daily.
  • Assist with digital and weekly print press reviews.
  • Coordinate VIP dressing initiatives.
  • Manage messenger services and international overnight shipments.

Qualifications

  • Interest in luxury fashion and Public Relations.
  • Background in Marketing and/or Advertising preferred.
  • Prior corporate office experience is advantageous.
  • Availability in the office for a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

Skills

Strong organizational skills. Attention to detail. Excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

Prior experience in a corporate office setting is preferred, particularly within the luxury fashion or public relations sectors.

Education

Current enrollment in a relevant degree program is required.
