Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring optimal progression of finished product orders based on internal information.
  • Modify orders in response to changes in the bill of materials.
  • Monitor order delivery timelines by coordinating with other departments such as Technical Office and Purchasing Office.
  • Verify production progress by daily interfacing with internal and external production entities.
  • Identify and resolve supplier issues in collaboration with quality inspectors.
  • Continuously update input data in systems related to progress activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with AS400 or Stealth software is preferred. Teamwork orientation. Analytical aptitude. Precision and methodical approach. Good command of the English language.

Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar production management role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
