Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily requests for product shopping, imagery and photo credits for press enquiries.
  • Coordinate sample logistics: track outbound shipments and returns (sample traffic) for the France/Europe press office.
  • Support selection, sourcing and reservation of press samples in collaboration with showroom and prototype teams.
  • Liaise with internal packaging, showroom and prototype services to ensure sample readiness and return procedures.
  • Maintain and update the journalist and editorial contact database.
  • Assist editorial shopping services and contribute to the development of shopping strategies.
  • Support media monitoring and competitive press intelligence activities.
  • Provide operational assistance on press events and editorial activations as required.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in communications, public relations, press, or business preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Proven organisational skills, versatility, rigour and a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) is a plus.
  • Motivation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Experience

Internship-level role; previous internships or coursework in fashion PR, communications or editorial operations are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education
