Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct rotation of goods in the warehouse.
- Prepare the annual inventory and address any discrepancies.
- Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
- Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans as defined with HQ and Store Director.
- Support the Assistant Store Director, Store Director, and Department Manager in achieving sales staff KPIs.
- Maintain the store's image in line with corporate standards and ensure staff awareness.
- Address customer complaints and manage the back office process effectively.
- Assist the Store Director in team management, including administrative assistants, cashiers, stock keepers, security, and tailors.
Qualifications
- Commitment to participate in innovative projects.
- Significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks (5 to 7 years).
- Proven managerial experience with a team of 3 or more.
