Operations Manager
Saint Laurent seeks an Operations Manager in Monterrey to lead boutique operations, inventory and team performance for the luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Monterrey boutique, ensuring flawless execution of brand standards and customer experience.
- Drive commercial performance through close management of KPIs, sales forecasting, inventory rotation and stock replenishment.
- Lead, coach and develop boutique staff; manage scheduling, performance reviews and succession planning.
- Ensure rigorous stock control and loss-prevention procedures, including cycle counts and shrinkage mitigation.
- Coordinate with regional management, merchandising and visual teams to implement product launches, merchandising directives and promotional activities.
- Manage operational budgets, expenses and vendor relationships to optimize store profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and store security protocols; produce timely operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing retail operations with responsibility for P&L, inventory and team leadership.
- Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail environments with high expectations for service and presentation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales and inventory KPIs and translate them into operational actions.
- Excellent leadership and people-development skills; ability to inspire a high-performing boutique team.
- Fluent in retail scheduling, stock control and loss-prevention methodologies; flexible to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a managerial operations role, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector. Experience managing multi-disciplinary boutique teams and operational P&L is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
