Saint Laurent seeks an Operations Manager in Las Vegas to manage inventory, back‑office operations and a small administrative team at the Wynn store.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily back‑office operations including stock rotation, warehouse organization and stockroom procedures to optimise turnover and minimise shrinkage.
  • Prepare, coordinate and analyse annual inventory; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective action plans.
  • Manage monthly cycle counts and follow up on targeted inventories with concrete remediation measures.
  • Implement and monitor HQ and Store Director defined back‑office action plans, ensuring adherence at store level.
  • Support Store Director and Assistant Store Director in tracking sales KPIs and driving Sales Staff performance.
  • Ensure store image and merchandising standards are maintained in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and sensitive back‑office incidents with discretion and professionalism.
  • Recruit, train and supervise administrative and operational teams (administrative assistant, cashiers, stock keepers, security, tailor) and support people management activities.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years' demonstrable experience managing stock, inventory processes and administrative retail operations.
  • Proven managerial experience supervising teams (minimum 3 direct reports).
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of implementing operational action plans and inventory controls.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive communication and the ability to manage delicate customer situations.
  • Commitment to engage in an innovative, brand‑driven retail project and to uphold high standards of store presentation and compliance.

Experience

Five to seven years in retail operations with primary responsibility for inventory and administrative tasks; prior experience managing a small operations or administrative team (three or more direct reports). Experience within luxury or premium retail environments is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
