Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment of digital tools in stores, such as remote sales, click & collect, and in-store reservations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools and services to align with the brand's image, including appointment booking and virtual queues.
- Research competitor services and propose improvements.
- Participate in the creation of training tools for store teams.
- Compile sales reports for various omnichannel services and suggest analytical insights.
- Promote stores on digital platforms like Google My Business, Facebook, and Apple Store Locator.
- Ensure store opening hours are updated on digital platforms.
- Analyze customer feedback on digital platforms such as Google My Business ratings.
- Participate in regional calls.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations team on regular and ad-hoc tasks, such as uniform orders and seminar organization.
Qualifications
- Background in business school education.
- Interest in luxury, digital, and retail sectors.
- Previous experience in omnichannel projects is advantageous.
