Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct product costing during collection periods.
  • Collaborate with the Design Office to establish assembly lines with optimal procedures.
  • Perform cost analysis for each operation.
  • Seek assembly optimizations.
  • Monitor new technologies and manufacturing methods.
  • Participate in workstation balancing and chain implementation with group leaders.
  • Conduct workstation checks to ensure operational procedures are followed.
  • Maintain and update the time catalog.
  • Analyze product valuation, including production costs and model profitability.
  • Work closely with the technical manager and group leaders to optimize production and improve work methods.
  • Confirm negotiated prices with subcontractors.

Qualifications

  • BTS in Production Engineering or Methods Training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word), Lectra, Illustrator Strong communication skills

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is required.
