Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and refine 3D CAD models for metal accessories tailored for footwear, ensuring alignment with production guidelines from the Style Office.
• Independently manage ongoing collaboration with the Product Development, Purchasing, and Industrialization and Quality Control departments to fine-tune metal accessory models.
• Maintain proactive relationships with metal accessory suppliers to ensure developments align with provided specifications.
• Ensure timely execution of developments, managing all stages from CAD model submission to final assembly on finished products, addressing any complexities that arise.
• Oversee the creation of 'masters' to ensure comprehensive information transfer to suppliers for production initiation, accompanied by the 3D model's technical sheet.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in metal accessories modeling, with a focus on footwear.
• Knowledge of machine tool operations gained from workshop experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD systems.
• Familiarity with the Stealth 3000 system is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
