Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Men's, BU (accessories), and Lifestyle departments in strategic initiatives to drive business growth in China.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products, customers, and market trends within the Men's, BU, and Lifestyle sectors.
  • Identify market needs and opportunities, supporting product debriefs to the central team, including price positioning and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in seasonal buying processes, including pre-buying reports, showroom merchandise selection, and assortment planning.
  • Compose routine and ad hoc reports, monitoring performance at SKU/store level as needed.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement action plans to maximize sales and optimize sell-through.
  • Ensure appropriate stock replenishment and rebalance stock based on sales data, in collaboration with the planning team.
  • Communicate regularly with the retail team through newsletters, store visits, and category meetings.
  • Support client engagement events, including product coordination and pre-order follow-ups.
  • Deliver product training, including seasonal launches and ad hoc activation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, E-commerce, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service.
  • Engage in international travel to Paris and local travel within Greater China.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI is advantageous. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Passion for the luxury fashion industry and an appreciation for luxury products. Familiarity with retail math concepts such as stock-to-sales, sell-through, and inventory turnover. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight schedules.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in the luxury fashion industry is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher.
