Role & Responsibilities

  • Track performance against sales plans for Women's Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, and Business units including sunglasses, jewelry, and soft accessories.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on key merchandising KPIs.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales forecasts by region, based on assortments and timelines.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy versus actual sales.
  • Participate in monthly forecast meetings with regional teams and follow up on action points.
  • Update and maintain the store assortment tool to support forecasting and reorder processes.
  • Track seasonality trends of key business drivers.
  • Support reorder opportunities in alignment with sales forecasts, inventory, and production planning.
  • Update global reorder recap by product category.
  • Collaborate with collection and retail merchandising teams to ensure clear communication.
  • Coordinate with regional buying and Merchandise Planning teams to gather updates and feedback.
  • Liaise with production and supply chain departments to align on deliveries and stock optimization.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.

Skills

Strong analytical mindset with an interest in product and market performance data. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities. Fluency in English.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in merchandise planning and luxury fashion is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field.
