Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and execute repairs or coordinate external service providers.
  • Regularly inspect equipment to detect anomalies.
  • Adjust machinery and provide support to teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards across all equipment and site facilities.
  • Participate in regulatory compliance checks, including electrical and fire prevention audits.
  • Gather internal equipment needs to propose investments.
  • Coordinate site development projects with service providers.
  • Monitor maintenance and investment budgets.
  • Manage boiler operations and regulatory inspections.
  • Oversee energy efficiency projects and report on progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance or related field.

Skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and autonomy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the textile or industrial sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
