Role & Responsibilities
- Organize and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and execute repairs or coordinate external service providers.
- Regularly inspect equipment to detect anomalies.
- Adjust machinery and provide support to teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards across all equipment and site facilities.
- Participate in regulatory compliance checks, including electrical and fire prevention audits.
- Gather internal equipment needs to propose investments.
- Coordinate site development projects with service providers.
- Monitor maintenance and investment budgets.
- Manage boiler operations and regulatory inspections.
- Oversee energy efficiency projects and report on progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the textile or industrial sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
