Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage and train suppliers on sustainability strategies, refining objectives and monitoring implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Production, Ateliers, Finance, and Procurement to achieve sustainability goals.
  • Implement and manage traceability systems for Leather, Metals, and Precious Skins, focusing on recycled content.
  • Manage sustainability performance KPIs, particularly in relation to vendor rating procedures.
  • Support the implementation of programs related to metal-free leather, regenerative leather, sustainable sourcing, and green energy in alignment with Kering standards.
  • Ensure material sourcing compliance with Kering Standards through verification and alignment.
  • Contribute to the deployment of the living wage strategy.
  • Promote and implement circular approaches within the brand, utilizing existing flows such as leftovers, unsold, or damaged products.
  • Monitor the incorporation of sustainability features and materials in collection files in collaboration with product development and merchandising teams.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management and sustainability.
  • Expertise in key supplier activities such as metal hardware, leather tanning, textile processing, and manufacturing of leather goods and shoes.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage data effectively. Proficiency in Italian and English; French is advantageous. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in supply chain management and sustainability, with significant expertise in key supplier activities.

Education

Postgraduate degree in Business or Engineering.
