Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the precise execution of assembly, stitching, and/or coloring of handbag components in accordance with operational procedures, timelines, and quality standards.
• Perform assembly, stitching, and/or coloring operations on handbags following technical and production guidelines.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to ensure effective information flow for product realization and timely reporting of any anomalies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in bench assembly, stitching, and/or coloring activities.
• Good understanding of the technical characteristics of leather, its processing, and leather goods products.
