Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate execution of assembly, stitching, and/or coloring of handbag components in accordance with operational methods, timelines, and quality standards set by the company.
  • Perform assembly, stitching, and/or coloring operations on handbags following technical and production guidelines.
  • Collaborate with department colleagues to ensure effective information flow for product realization and timely reporting of any anomalies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in bench assembly, stitching, and/or coloring.
  • Good knowledge of the technical characteristics of leathers, related processing, and leather goods products.

Skills

High manual dexterity and attention to detail. Precision and reliability. Willingness and ability to work in a team.

Experience

A minimum of three years in bench assembly, stitching, and/or coloring activities is required.
