Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate execution of assembly, stitching, and/or coloring of handbag components in accordance with operational methods, timelines, and quality standards set by the company.
- Perform assembly, stitching, and/or coloring operations on handbags following technical and production guidelines.
- Collaborate with department colleagues to ensure effective information flow for product realization and timely reporting of any anomalies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in bench assembly, stitching, and/or coloring.
- Good knowledge of the technical characteristics of leathers, related processing, and leather goods products.
