Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly financial report packages, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Capex, and Cash flow for the allocated zone, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support cross-regional financial reporting and consolidation activities for EMEA.
  • Conduct retail business analysis to aid strategic decision-making within the regional zone.
  • Manage relationships with accounting teams across the zone, ensuring timely preparation of statutory financial statements and audits.
  • Contribute to the planning, analysis, and preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate business and operational performance.
  • Oversee cost control, margin analysis, and sales planning, providing strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in finance initiatives and ad-hoc projects such as audits and compliance projects.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for retail operations requiring financial support.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Finance from a Business School or University
  • First experience in a similar role or in external audit
